This Privacy Policy explains how KGQuant LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the KGQuant service, including the KGQuant Excel Add-in, the KGQuant Google Sheets™ Add-on, the KGQuant web application, APIs, documentation, and support channels.

Information We Collect

KGQuant may collect account details such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, login identifiers, subscription status, and support requests. When you use KGQuant, we may also process simulation models, spreadsheets, sheet ranges, network configuration, run settings, files, prompts, API requests, and other content you choose to submit to the service.

How We Use Information

We use personal information and submitted content to provide the KGQuant service, authenticate users, run simulations, return analytics, sync add-in requests with your KGQuant account, provide support, secure the service, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, process billing, and improve KGQuant features.

Google API Limited Use

The KGQuant Google Sheets™ Add-on complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements for Google user data. KGQuant uses Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing KGQuant features, and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Sharing and Disclosure

KGQuant does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, bill for, and support KGQuant; when required by law; to protect KGQuant, users, or others; or with your direction or consent.

Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information and submitted content. We retain information for as long as needed to provide KGQuant, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting KGQuant support. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, legal compliance, billing records, or legitimate service operations.

Service Logs

KGQuant may collect service logs such as IP address, browser or client type, device and operating system information, request times, referring pages, API endpoints, error logs, and usage events. We use these logs to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve KGQuant.
