Excel add-in help

The Excel add-in signs in to your KGQuant account, lets you choose a process project, sends selected spreadsheet data when you ask it to, runs simulations, and writes KGQuant result sheets back to your workbook.

• For setup and usage steps, see the Excel add-in documentation.
• If sign-in fails, confirm that your KGQuant account is active and try signing out and in again.
• If a simulation runs but no sheets appear, keep Excel open until the add-in finishes building the results workbook.

Google Sheets add-on help

The Google Sheets add-on signs in to your KGQuant account, lets you choose a process project, sends selected spreadsheet data when you ask it to, runs simulations, and writes KGQuant result sheets back to your spreadsheet.

• If sign-in is unavailable, use the API key option or contact your KGQuant administrator.
• If a simulation runs but no sheets appear, keep the spreadsheet open until the add-on finishes building the results sheets.
